Developing Leaders
Through Legacy Guyana’s Leadership Development, we focus on equipping local leaders with the necessary tools, resources, and strategies to reach their nation for Christ.
We believe in training indigenous men for ministry.
Our Leadership Development has three phases: spiritual multiplication, obedience-based discipleship, and mentorship. During the two-year training, each church planter is expected to go forward and plant at least one multiplying church in their region.
These churches meet in homes, on mountain tops, under trees, and in riverbeds. We don’t focus on building structures – making this model sustainable, reproducible, and cost-effective.
1 Peter 5:2-3
Feed the flock of God, which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but being examples to the flock.

And these things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.
